When I entered to buy a film roll, I was welcomed together with my family, by all the staff with a warmth and friendship never experienced before. We stayed in the shop talking, they gave us valuable information on places in Ravenna. A beautiful experience. Thanks to all the staff.

I bought my son's class photos, they took many shots with whole class and in small groups. Excellent service also in the shop, they are very courteous and helpful.

I had a film to develop, but just a digital version, no print, no CD, they said, ok, it would be 4 β¬.
Then after five days later, they charged me 25β¬ for the print CD and the digital, but I told them I just wanted the digital version.
They told me it couldn't be possible without printing because they scanned the pictures, and I can see the dust on the digital version.
(It possible without the printing, trust me; I'm a photographer)
The digital versions 800x1280 ??ββοΈalso a disaster for 25β¬.
So if you have another option, it would be better.
Tourist trap.
