EVA è SIMONA Scortesia e maleducazione la fanno da padrona, nessuno si prende responsabilità e si tende a delegare i compiti agli altri facendo solo una gran confusione. Io che sono Invalido e disabile al 100% con tutti i problemi annessi e connessi ho perso una mezza giornata x farmi stampare una copia DELL'ISEE avendo anche appuntamento x quel giorno Alla fine nn ho concluso niente delegandomi al ritorno di SIMONA o EVA. 1 stella xke 0 nn si può. Simona, telefonato per mia figlia per consegnare i moduli certificazione unica come fatto tutti gli anni, non sanno cosa farsene, premetto mia figlia è invalida percepisce un piccolo reddito ma sotto i cinquemila euro, mai fatto il 730, adesso spero che trovino una sostituta alla Sign. Negli scorsi anni il mio compagno non ha mai avuto problemi, quest'anno invece x una loro inadempienza, mi sono ritrovato a doper pagare in un botto anche la cifra del 2019 di cui non mi era stato fornito f24. Quest anno poi, non ne parliamo, da ottobre scorso che scrivo, chiamo, su numeri fissi e cellulari e mai avuto risposta, 3 mesi x farmi inviare il 730 e di conseguenza di nuovo in ritardo x il pagamento con f24. Mi hanno procurato solo guai e 4800 euro da pagare senza rateizzare. Meno di una stella. Se prendi in mano una pratica, la devi seguire o almeno rispondere a mail o telefono e non abbandonare le persone. Il danno lo farei pagare a loro! Bad experience since Mrs. Eva is gone.
