Very attentive to anti-covid measures, one of the gyms where you can do the AFA or AMA path you want to call, for back problems.

Spero che il programma scelto mi permetterà di perdere questi 3/4 chiletti in più :)
I started a few months ago in this gym and I have to say that I am very well, the staff follows you in everything and for everything and the gym itself is beautiful and welcome!
I hope the chosen program will allow me to lose these 3/4 extra kilos :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra non è troppo affollata e i personal trainer son competenti. Ci sono un sacco di corsi da seguire, la sala attrezzi non è enorme ma ben rifornita, un pò difficile parcheggiare.
The gym is not too crowded and personal trainers are competent. There are lots of courses to follow, the equipment room is not huge but well stocked, a bit difficult to park.
