 With our children we did a mosaic workshop here and had a lot of fun. This shop is a real asset and the owner has taught the mosaic technique very understanding to the children.

I visited the shop looking for special gifts, there are so many products! Everything is handmade by the artist and her collaborators, a well-kept shop and a very kind and very helpful owner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent the afternoon learning about Byzantine mosaic techniques and even made a piece to take home. Chatting with Barbara and learning from her was a unique experience to end my short trip to beautiful Ravenna. Definitely recommended ! (Did ir through AirBnB experiences if you’re curious)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barbara is truly a wonderful mosaic artist. Her work is beautiful and her prices are reasonable. She is nice and personable as an added bonus. I took a 2.5 hour experience with her to make a mosaic pendant and it was the highlight of my time in Ravenna. It is a good thing to support independent artists. The bird photo is an example of her wonderful work.
