Il negozio non è grande, ma ci sono molte biciclette fiammanti in vendita e, in una sala sul retro, c'è un laboratorio in cui ripara quelle più vecchie. In questa bottega si respira un'aria d'altri tempi, il proprietario è un artigiano attento che lavora con passione, sempre circondato da tre-quattro "ragazzi" di una volta, amici che passano i pomeriggi a chiacchierare e a farsi compagnia, tra un freno rotto, un copertone consumato o una camera d'aria bucata da sostituire. Io ho una passione per gli artigiani, per chi lavora con le mani, per chi, nonostante il mondo dell'usa e getta gli remi contro, continua ad esercitare un mestiere antico e, per chi, come il mio biciclettaio di fiducia, sorride a tutti i clienti! Ho fatto fare varie riparazioni anche a bici di amiche e ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo anche per le varie bici di mio figlio via via che cresce. Grande artigiano grande persona. Il titolare del negozio mi ha prima suggerito in modo burbero di portarla alla Decathlon, ma poi ha accettato di ripararla. La riparazione ha previsto la sostituzione della catena e del pacco pignoni; il nuovo pacco pignoni funziona correttamente, però mi sono accorto che la nuova cassetta fosse 14-28, e non 12-28 come la precedente usurata. La differenza nella pedalata è evidente, ma il titolare ha deciso senza chiedere nulla. Penso che ogni cliente dovrebbe ricevere la giusta attenzione, indipendente dal prezzo o dalla marca della bici. L'ho sempre messa un po' nei guai e sapiamo entrambi cosa abbiamo passato tra le gomme bucate e incidenti... A questo punto, avevo bisogno di trovare un posto, qualcuno che facesse la riparazione ogni tanto senza chiedere troppo soldi e anche facessi un buon lavoro ed ecco... L'ho trovato! Prezzo onestissimo altro che Decathlon... Portate i soldi a gli italiani perché si sa: "italians do it better" ?
