Ma il modo in cui sono stata trattata per via telefonica è veramente scandaloso.
La signora è stata molto arrogante e presuntuosa, non ha risposto alla mia domanda.
Proverò in un'altra Compass sperando di ricevere almeno una risposta.

But the way I was treated over the phone is truly scandalous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo ufficio con personale preparato e gentile, grosso disservizio, al limite del raggiro, per quanto riguarda la carta di credito che offrono come compagnia Compass ai loro clienti, purtroppo mi e' stata offerta questa carta, dicendomi che avevo un plafond di 1500 euro A NECESSITA', con una telefonata e una : brindo la supercazzola prematurata, mi accreditano 300 euro senza che io lo richiedessi, esplicitamente, da li un rimborso mensile di 50 euro, questa cosa e' molto disonesta e penosa.Complimenti ai dipendenti di via baracca ma
pessimo servizio telefonico. Rimane la domanda: perche' mi hanno chiamato? Tra l'altro dicendomi che era solo un passaggio per attivare la carta, a regola la supercazzola funziona. NB rivolgetevi sempre in filiale, se telefonano dagli uffici non della filiale riattaccate. Disdetta subito la carta(vedi foto)NB risolto il problema con rimborso, ma rimane l'accaduto.
