Dopo un mese mi si è rotto un pedale pieghevole il 17/07/2017 sono passato dal negozio per sostituirli in garanzia ma purtroppo li avevano finiti. Mi hanno detto di ripassare e dopo vari tentativi e telefonate ad oggi 03/08/2017 non sono ancora arrivati. Se voglio sostituire i pedali e utilizzare la bici mi tocca affidarmi ad Amazon ..... Con più cortesia avrebbero potuto accontentarmi prendendoli in prestito da una in mostra .... peccato! Comunque continuerò a provare fino a quando non mi daranno i pedali nuovi I bought a folding bike on 08/06/2017 and they were very courteous. After a month I broke a folding pedal on 17/07/2017 I went to the store to replace them under warranty but unfortunately they had finished them. They told me to go over and after several attempts and phone calls to today 03/08/2017 have not yet arrived. If I want to replace the pedals and use the bike, I have to rely on Amazon ..... With more courtesy they could have satisfied me by borrowing them from an exhibition ... too bad! However I will keep trying until they give me new pedals

Non dò 5 stelle perché suo collaboratore mi è sembrata una persona scostante e poco disponibile. Peccato! Purchased a bicycle about 1 year ago .. very nice and helpful owner. I don't give 5 stars because his collaborator seemed to me an unhelpful and not very helpful person. Sin!
A	Antonio Palmisano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi può andare bene come male.. se trovate il commesso con i capelli bianchi non e molto ferrato nel suo campo.. e per telefono non vuole capire o non è in grado.. fatto sta che con il covid-19 preferirei evitare la passeggiata da sesto a Firenze per far vedere il pezzo che mi serve.. almeno che non gli dia il codice??? Ma io sono un privato e poi non penso lo sappia neanche lui il codice.. un grosso problema aver a che fare con lui.. quindi sperate di trovare l'altro commesso che ha veramente passione nel suo lavoro e sa tutto.. Buona disponibilità di accessori per bici ed assistenza in caso di problemi tecnici. Very well stocked shop, the manager was very helpful and helped me in choosing the most suitable bike for my son. Good availability of bike accessories and assistance in case of technical problems.
F	Francesco Radassao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un Atala B cross Am 80 in un concessionario al Nord Italia mentre ero in vacanza , ha dato un sacco di problemi , passo al Centro Atala di Firenze pensando che me la potessero aggiustare (bici in garanzia mi ha lasciato a piedi 2 volte dando tutti gli errori possibili )pagata 1700 euro !! Il proprietario del negozio mi ha detto con arroganza che loro aggiustano solo le bici comprate da loro , questo fa capire a che livelli ormai e’ messa l’Atala, fanno delle bici che neanche loro riescono ad aggiustare e sono pure arroganti sia nei “concessionari “ ufficiali che al centro assistenza tecnica ! l	luisa cattaneo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver visitato il negozio standoci a lungo per scegliere la bicicletta elettrica e verificare tutte le caratteristiche assieme al titolare e tre telefonate intercorse in seguito, il giorno che siamo in treno per ritirarla ci ha comunicato che si era sbagliato e la bici era diversa da quella che volevamo. Pessima gestione!
