Dopo 10 minuti mi avvicino a quello che stava riparando e spiego che ho bucato, se posso lasciare la bici (non mi sarei mai sognata di chiedere di farla subito). Senza degnarmi di uno sguardo mi risponde che l'avrebbe fatta nei prossimi giorni. Chiedo se più o meno sa dirmi quando, risponde "Quando avrò tempo". Ora...potrebbe anche essere il genio delle riparazioni, e dall'atteggiamento tale si sentiva, ma chi ha un'attività al pubblico dovrebbe cercare di essere cortese o perlomeno di salutare. Good evening :-) No response for 10 minutes. I understand, they are two busy salesmen with two customers. Per lavorare al pubblico ci vuole pazienza , tanta pazienza , ma Fabrizio (per quanto io gli abbia rotto le scatole) è sempre rimasto solare e disponibile , veramente una persona fantastica . non ho risolto il mio problema, ma mi ha dato una grandissima mano per come riuscire a risolverlo. Veramente il numero uno! Per quanto riguarda bici e componenti ha veramente il top del top !! Given the places / sellers I shot a lot, but I have never found a person more kind, nice and helpful than Fabrizio! To work for the public you need patience, a lot of patience, but Fabrizio (as much as I have bothered him) has always remained sunny and available, truly a fantastic person. E cmq, pure noi gente normale usiamo la bici, magari anche per andare a lavoro, oltre che per fare le scampagnate le domenica...per il resto, quello che chiedi, alla fine te lo fanno. Ma ho trovato un altro che non guarda certe differenze e mi trovo meglio.
