★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo serviti qualche anno fa della Casa del Serramento per sostituire le persiane della nostra abitazione ed installare delle zanzariere. Essendo rimasti contenti del lavoro abbiamo deciso di ricontattarli per sostituire la porta della nostra attività a Caldine. Mio marito si è recato in negozio spiegando le nostre esigenze ed è rimasto d'accordo che un tecnico sarebbe venuto a fare un sopralluogo per il preventivo. Dopo una decina di giorni, non avendo avuto riscontro, mio marito ha telefonato. Gli è stato risposto che stavano attendendo notizie da parte di una signora che abita in zona (Fiesole) in modo da spostarsi una volta sola, perché Fiesole è lontano (20 minuti di macchina) e se si devono spostare solo per noi il gioco non vale la candela. Fin qui nulla di particolare. Ciò che ci ha lasciato sgomenti è stato che ci hanno consigliato, se abbiamo fretta, di rivolgerci a qualcuno che "sta a grattarsi la prostata", testuali parole, perché loro hanno tanti lavori da fare. Boh… e s'andra' da qualcuno che c'abbia voglia di lavorare, invece. Perché l'idea l'è che forse la prostata se la grattin loro… o per lo meno la persona che c'ha risposto a questo modo che lavora lì. La quale non considera che rispondendo a cavolo in questa maniera, mette in cattiva luce tutto il team di Casa del Serramento.

He was told that they were waiting for news from a lady who lives in the area (Fiesole) in order to move only once, because Fiesole is far away (20 minutes by car) and if they have to move only for us the game is not valid. the candle. What left us dismayed was that they advised us, if we are in a hurry, to contact someone who "is scratching his prostate", exact words, because they have so many jobs to do. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso dare solo 5 stelle,ma ne avrei date di più. Venivamo da un'esperienza disastrosa con un'altra ditta per il cambio finestre. Abbiamo scoperto la Casa Del Serramento e ci siamo affidati a loro per la sostituzione delle porte. Professionalità e cortesia sin dal sopralluogo e preventivo.Fissato l'appuntamento mesi prima,si sono presentati al giorno esatto alle 8:00 in punto. I montatori sono stati attenti,puliti,educati e bravissimi. Le porte sono bellissime e montate ad arte. Un vero team professionale e serio come oggi non se ne trovano. Faccio davvero i complimenti più sinceri!
I can only give 5 stars, but I would have given more. We were coming from a disastrous experience with another window changing company. We discovered the Casa Del Serramento and we relied on them to replace the doors. Professionalism and courtesy right from the inspection and estimate. Having fixed the appointment months before, they showed up on the exact day at 8:00 o'clock. The editors were attentive, clean, polite and very good. The doors are beautiful and artfully fitted. There is no real professional and serious team like today. I really do the most sincere compliments!

Azienda seria e con una precisa attenzione al cliente, dotata di persone capaci ed affidabili..Sono stato seguito dal geometra Simone, persona preparata, garbata ed efficiente che ha saputo risolvere in tempi rapidi tutte le problematiche che si sono presentate nel corso dei lavori, affiancato dai validissimi Ottaviano e Massimiliano entrambi meritevoli dei migliori apprezzamenti. Consiglio fortemente l'azienda.

Non ci sono stati problemi; li hanno sostituiti tutti ed a tutte le porte senza la minima discussione. I montatori sono stati veloci, precisi e molto professionali. Meritano certamente le 5 stelle per la valutazione.
