M	Maddalena Grassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ammetto di essere sempre andata da questo fotografo e di non aver mai riscontrato chissà quale problema ma l'ultima volta ho comprato a 13€ una macchina fotografica usa e getta specificando di volerla subacquea. Una volta arrivata alla mia vacanza inizio a fare le foto sia dentro che fuori dall'acqua e poco dopo vedo che stava gocciolando del colore, il che giustamente mi ha fatta preoccupare. Finita la vacanza torno da lui e chiedo spiegazioni.. semplice, non era subacquea e ridacchiando e con molta nonchalance mi ha detto che molto probabilmente avevo perso tutte le foto fatte. Guardando il lato positivo qualcosa è venuto anche se con strisce di colore colato oppure completamente sfuocate. In tutto ciò non mi è mai stato chiesto scusa nonostante quello che avesse sbagliato fosse lui e in più ho dovuto pagare le foto 5€, prezzo non intero ma comunque troppo per il servizio che mi è stato dato. Con questo volevo dire che ho notato la poca professionalità con cui viene svolto il suo lavoro e per questo non tornerò più al suo negozio. I admit that I have always gone to this photographer and never encountered who knows what problem but the last time I bought a disposable camera for € 13 specifying that I want it underwater. Once I get to my vacation I start taking pictures both in and out of the water and shortly after I see that it was dripping with color, which rightfully made me worry. After the vacation I go back to him and ask for explanations .. simple, it was not underwater and giggling and very nonchalantly told me that most likely I had lost all the photos I had taken. Looking on the bright side, something came out even if with streaks of cast color or completely out of focus. In all of this I was never apologized despite what he was doing wrong and in addition I had to pay 5 € for the photos, not the full price but still too much for the service I was given. By this I meant that I noticed the lack of professionalism with which his work is carried out and for this reason I will never return to his shop.
