They are so customary: they look for guests through booking, withdraw money from the card, before starting they start to put noodles on their ears and ask to move to remote places and prices do not change. Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura tempo fa, tramite Booking, per assicurarci di passare capodanno nella capitale. Il pagamento è previsto totalmente in struttura. Mandiamo una mail per accordarci sulla consegna delle chiavi, senza mai ottenere risposta. Ci arriva una mail dicendo che ci sono problemi con la carta. Chiamiamo immediatamente il numero della struttura e risponde un ragazzo che, alla proposta di procedere immediatamente con un bonifico per pagare l'intero importo, rassicura che non ci sono problemi. Non avendo più ricevuto notizie, richiamiamo rinnovando l'invito a procedere immediatamente con un bonifico. Ci viene nuovamente detto di non preoccuparci. Questa mattina troviamo la cancellazione della prenotazione da parte della struttura. Nessuna possibilità di parlare con loro, bloccano i nostri numeri. Sono disonesti e assolutamente non professionali. Ci chiama poi booking riferendoci che il problema è stato nella comunicazione tra l'incaricato alla gestione degli ospiti e la struttura. Booking ha invitato la struttura a contattarci per porgere le loro scuse (ci hanno dato dei bugiardi). Non abbiamo mai ricevuto alcuna chiamata da parte loro. There comes an email saying there are problems with the card.
