Facciamo delle domande e dice di aspettare e si mette al telefono. non potendo chiederle informazioni su nulla, e va bene allora iniziamo a provare dei tester che lei girandosi ci strappa da mano dicendo che non potevamo vederli. Penso facciate prima a licenziarla, forse così li vendete i profumi ai turisti, peccato perchè i profumi sono proprio buoni li avrei voluti in casa
Unkindness of the saleswoman beyond all limits. We wanted to buy perfumes for personal use and for the home but as soon as we entered it made us want to pass. We ask questions and he says to wait and he gets on the phone. not being able to ask her for information on anything, and that's okay then let's start testing some testers that she turns away and snatches from us saying that we could not see them. I think you fired her first, maybe this way you sell the perfumes to tourists, too bad because the perfumes are really good I would have wanted them at home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible lady at the shop. She was very curt and visibly annoyed to have to deal with us. No service whatsoever and she should be fired for making us feel like she wanted to get rid of us rather than sell anything to us. We purchased something anyway and didn’t even get any free samples as promoted on the websites with every purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never in our lives have we felt more mistreated and uncomfortable in a shop, the lady hated us from the moment with got in. It was our last day in Napoli and we had an errand from a friend back home, if it had been for us we would have never spent a second nor a cent in that place, I hate we had to. Shame on her.
