M	MARZIO MASSIMO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, sono stato in questa profumeria con l'intenzione di acquistare un bel profumo, ma il ragazzo all'interno, appena sono entrato mi ha squadrato dalla testa ai piedi, evidentemente ritenendo che io ero entrato per perdere tempo. Inoltre gli ho chiesto di poter sentire la fragranza di 2 profumi in particolare e lui con fare annoiato sprezzante li ha vaporizzati su di un cartoncino che mi ha lanciato sul bancone... a quel punto ho girato le spalle e sono andato via... professionalità molto ma molto bassa da parte di questo commesso... tant'è che il profumo l'ho acquistato dalla profumeria "alla violetta boutique" nella quale ho trovato uno staff cordiale, professionale ed accogliente. Questa profumeria non avrà nemmeno il piacere che io transiti su quel marciapiede. Nell'ultimo acquisito ho ricevuto un profumo di nicchia di quasi 100€ con la confezione aperta. Ho fatto presente al contatto del negozio mandando anche foto del "reato" e ricevo non delle scuse ma un rimando alla casa madre.....quindi questa Jolie profumeria che tipo di voto vorrebbe? Voto massimo per il profumo ma il merito è della casa di produzione, voto basso per questa fantomatica casa madre...non classificata la Jolie profumeria. Con conseguente perdita di un cliente. Non si risponde demandando ad altri se io acquisto da Jolie profumeria....oltretutto vedo che questo tipo di problema e anche peggio è già capitato ad altri I have bought other times online, so I considered myself a buying customer for this perfumery. Ovviamente c'è molto e molto di più, niente di meglio per completare il proprio stile! Jolie perfumery is a real perfume boutique, where you will live an intense olfactory experience of designer perfumes: including Morph n ° 8 and Mancera black vanille that have literally conquered me ...! Acquistò online da Jolie Creed Aventus nel Settembre 2021, non ho mai visto prima la boccetta da vicino ma solo in un’altra profumeria dove ho sentito solo il profumo sul cartoncino. Quando mi è arrivato il profumo da Jolie sembrava tutto ok e lo usavo tranquillamente, però ho notato comunque che i performance della fragranza erano diversi da quelli che ho sentito prima. Dopo che ho quasi finito il profumo sono capitato per lavoro a Roma e vado in una profumeria di nicchia dove ho portato per curiosità anche la mia boccetta per fare il confronto, abbiamo subito identificato che il mio profumo è falso, colore della fragranza, la boccetta fatta in manure diversa e la scritta nel fondo mancate. Comunque senza dubbio falso anche perché c’era differenza nel profumo. Insomma esperienza negativa è non comprerò mai più online i profumi. After I almost finished the perfume I came to Rome for work and I go to a niche perfumery where I also took my bottle out of curiosity to make the comparison, we immediately identified that my perfume is fake, color of the fragrance, the bottle made in a different manure and the writing in the bottom is missing. However, undoubtedly false also because there was a difference in the perfume. In short, a negative experience and I will never buy perfumes online again.
