In più dopo avermi rotto il porta bici non ammettevano neanche di essere stati loro, rimasto di nuovo a piedi dopo 5 km dal officina!! Bravi solo a parole!! 2 recensione: Le sembra il caso di fare una denuncia per una recensione negativa?!?! Dopo che mi son comportato civilmente e fin troppo buono, evitando discussioni non chiedendovi danni per portabici,scaletta e ammaccatura. avete fatto una lavoro minimo con pezzi di recupero (2 tappi e una ventola) senza avermelo preventivato prima "come il suo dipendente ha detto", perché non avrei mai confermato un lavoretto del genere da 560€! E rimasto a piedi dopo 5km ve ne siete altamente fregati. Io ho espresso la mia opinione sulla mia esperienza. Siamo in un paese democratico dove si può esprimere la propria opinione... il sito delle recensioni pubblicò dove ognuno può liberamente esprimere il proprio pensiero che sia positivo o negativo... Le ho anche chiesto di poter metterci in contatto per parlarne, ma non ho avuto risposte. 1 review: Thieves are too expensive and inflate both hours and prices. Good only in words !! 2 review: Does it seem appropriate to make a complaint for a negative review?!?! After I have behaved civilly and too good, avoiding discussions by not asking you for damage to the bike rack, ladder and dent. you did a minimal job with salvaged parts (2 plugs and a fan) without having quoted it for me first "as your employee said", because I would never have confirmed such a € 560 job! And remained on foot after 5km you are highly screwed. I have expressed my opinion on my experience. We are in a democratic country where you can express your opinion ... the review site published where everyone can freely express their thoughts whether it is positive or negative ... I also asked her to get in touch to talk about it, but I didn't get any answers.

Lavoro ben fatto, svolto nei tempi ed a un prezzo più che buono. Mi sento di consigliare questa carrozzeria. Molto dispiaciuto perché gli operatori della segreteria e Samuel sono cordiali e simpatici, peccato per il classico vizietto tutto italiota, almeno all'apparenza... Entro nell'officina in serata, oltre l'orario di lavoro avendo però avvisato prima. La signora alla segreteria estremamente cordiale mi saluta e mi indica il prezzo 300 euro (come pattuito) senza aggiungere altro, prezzo onesto per un lavoro ben fatto. Prima di prendere il portafoglio chiedo un piccolo chiarimento, Samuel controlla il problema è una sciocchezza e la ripara in 5 minuti... Perfetto! Andiamo a pagare, prendo il portafoglio e la segretaria con un sorriso cordiale e affabile conferma "300 euro"... estraggo la carta di credito dal portafoglio... A quel punto aggiunge prontamente "più IVA". Ovviamente resto un po' perplesso per la perfetta sincronia tra il mostrare la carta e l'apparizione dell'IVA ma chiedo conferma e pago i 366 euro richiesti. A mio avviso una gran caduta di stile che giustifica le 2 stelle, sarebbe stato più corretto dirlo al momento del preventivo che i 300 euro erano IVA esclusa, piuttosto che lasciar intendere che il prezzo fosse full cost fino al momento del pagamento con pos. Always ask if VAT is included in the quote !!! Very sorry because the secretarial operators and Samuel are friendly and nice, too bad for the classic all-Italian vice, at least apparently ... We go to pay, I take the wallet and the secretary with a cordial and affable smile confirms "300 euros" ... I take out the credit card from the wallet ... At that point she promptly adds "plus VAT". Obviously I am a bit perplexed by the perfect synchrony between showing the card and the appearance of the VAT but I ask for confirmation and pay the requested 366 euros. In my opinion a great fall in style that justifies the 2 stars, it would have been more correct to say at the time of the estimate that the 300 euros were VAT excluded, rather than implying that the price was full cost until the moment of payment with pos.

FANTASTICI :) Ho portato la mia Giulietta completamente danneggiata sulla fiancata grazie a un simpatico collega autista che ha deciso dentro un parcheggio di sfondarmi la portiera. Ho fatto fare tanti preventivi e nessuno batteva quello fatto da loro !! Il personale è venuto subito a controllare l'auto e veloci nel darmi consigli su cosa fare. Dopo 3 giorni ho ripreso l'auto ed era tornata alla normalità. Veramente felice !! Lo consiglio :) What can I say .. FANTASTIC :) I brought my completely damaged Giulietta on the side thanks to a nice fellow driver who decided to break my door in a parking lot. I had so many estimates made and no one beat the one made by them !! The staff came right away to check the car and were quick to advise me on what to do. After 3 days I took the car back and it was back to normal. Really happy !! I advise :)
