L'officina è un deposito di cianfrusaglie varie ed in più ho visto che gli pneumatici dei clienti li tengono accatastati in un cortiletto sul retro senza alcuna protezione. Sinceramente non mi ha fatto una bella impressione I had to wait an hour because the tires change with the jack! The workshop is a warehouse of various junk and in addition I saw that the customers' tires keep them piled up in a small courtyard at the back without any protection. Honestly, it didn't make a good impression on me

In compenso i prezzi sono davvero vantaggiosi e il titolare è simpatico e cordiale. Il che compensa il tutto. Se non avete fretta... se non cercate un servizio a "regola d'arte"... ve lo consiglio! Ricordatevi di segnare la posizione (AS-AD-PS-PD) degli pneumatici col gessetto prima di lasciare l'auto, perché non lo fanno mai... F	Francesca Giovannoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho acquistato il groupon e ho cercato di prendere contatto con in numero indicato; non risponde; ho cercato quindi il numero su google per prenotare il servizio e mi hanno chiesto di indicare l'orario per me più comodo; il giorno dell'appuntamento ho avuto difficoltà a trovare il posto causa nebbia e sono arrivata con 10-15 minuti di ritardo; a quel punto mi hanno detto che ero in ritardo che non era più possibile fare per quel giorno ( erano le 17.15) e mi hanno invitato a tornare un altro giorno, sempre indicando quando sarei andata, così ho fatto e li ho pregati di prendere nota, per non farmi fare un altro viaggio a vuoto; mezz'ora prima dell'appuntamento (il secondo) ho richiamato per conferma ( vengo dall'altra parte della città) e mi sono sentita dire qualcosa tipo" l'altro giorno era in ritardo! Vada a farsi montare le gomme da un'altra parte!" ho fatto notare che avevo già pagato il servizio e loro mi hanno risposto di chiedere il rimborso a Groupon. Ora, io mi chiedo perchè continuare a fare delle offerte del genere per farsi pubblicità quando la pubblicità non può che essere pessima!
