★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questa officina per il tagliando dei 120.000 della mia Passat e devo dire che ho trovato oltre che cortesia e competenza anche una accurata descrizione di tutti i controlli eseguiti come previsto dal costruttore. Questo aspetto è sinonimo di serietà e per chi viaggia molto come me fa sicuramente stare più tranquillo. Consigliatissimo.
 I was in this workshop for the 120,000 coupon of my Passat and I must say that I found not only courtesy and competence but also an accurate description of all the checks carried out as provided by the manufacturer. This aspect is synonymous with seriousness and for those who travel a lot like me it certainly makes you feel more peaceful. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo il cruscotto con le spie che di accendevano, come quelle di un albero di natale. Hanno individuato rapidamente i guasti, informandomi in tempo reale sui pezzi e i prezzi delle parti di ricambio. Durante le verifiche, si sono accorti anche di una freccia sul fanale non funzionante. Sono attentissimi in tutte le fasi di controlli dell'auto anche sotto scocca, usura gomme tenuta impianto GPL ecc ecc.... Veramente tanti i controlli visivi e strumentali fatti. Vi trovano i pezzi di ricambio di qualità equivalente, ma con prezzi decisamente inferiore. L' accoglienza del cliente è la gentilezza sono di casa. Prima di pagare ti spiegano nel dettaglio ogni singola voce, accorpando più voci in pacchetti in cui la casa madre applica sconti. Aggiungono anche sconti personalizzati, che eventualmente vi concede in posta elettronica la Volkswagen. Posso dire che i meccanici "generici" erano anche generici sull'origine dei guasti dicendomi vai avanti così l'auto è vecchia. Parafrasando e italianizzando il nome della loro azienda, posso affermare che che fanno realmente un Servizio Top all'Auto.... è naturalmente anche al cliente con la miriade di sconti. Il mio paese è abbastanza distante da questa officina, ma rifarò la strada volentieri, per tornare a questa Eccellenza totale il prossimo anno, dal momento che la motoristica mi sembra tornata nuova, e l'auto è come appena uscita dalla fabbrica. I had the dashboard with the lights that lit up, like those of a Christmas tree. They quickly identified the faults, informing me in real time about the parts and the prices of the spare parts. During the checks, they noticed an arrow on the non-functioning headlight. They are very attentive in all the phases of car checks, even under the body, wear tires, LPG system etc., etc. There are so many visual and instrumental checks made. There are spare parts of equivalent quality, but with much lower prices. The customer's welcome is kindness. Before paying, they explain every single item in detail, combining several items in packages in which the parent company applies discounts. They also add custom discounts, which Volkswagen will e-mail you with. I can say that the "generic" mechanics were also generic on the origin of the faults telling me go ahead so the car is old. Paraphrasing and Italianizing the name of their company, I can say that they really do have a Top Service at the Car .... it is naturally also for the customer with the myriad of discounts. My country is quite far from this workshop, but I will gladly redo the road, to return to this total Excellence next year, since the engine seems to me to be new again, and the car is like just left the factory. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima impressione mi era sembrata molto buona, poi andandoci diverse volte sono accaduti tutta una serie di episodi dovuti essenzialmente alla disattenzione di chi ha effettuato il lavoro che mi hanno fatto rivedere il mio giudizio e alla fine mi sembra un’officina nella media con le altre ne più e ne meno. I prezzi invece mi sono sembrati fin da subito un po’ cari rispetto alle altre autorizzate vw; ma inizialmente pensando di trovare un po’ di qualità in più ero anche disposto a pagare qualcosa in più, ma poi ho scoperto che non ne vale la pena.
Mio errore volevo dare 3 stelle.
The first impression seemed very good to me, then going there several times a series of episodes happened essentially due to the carelessness of those who did the job that made me review my judgment and in the end it seems like an average workshop with the others more and less. The prices, on the other hand, seemed immediately a little expensive compared to the other authorized vw; but initially thinking of finding a little more quality I was also willing to pay something more, but then I found out that it's not worth it.
My mistake I wanted to give 3 stars.

Consigliatissimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in questo service per la prima volta settimana scorsa per effettuare inversione e convergenza dei pneumatici, sono stati gentili e alla consegna mi hanno spiegato tutto quello che è stato fatto sulla vettura ed hanno risolto una fastidiosa deriva a destra. Consigliatissimo.
I went to this service for the first time last week to reverse and toe-in the tires, they were kind and on delivery they explained everything that was done on the car and solved an annoying right drift. Highly recommended.

I prezzi sono nella media VW, ma si sa che la qualità si paga. Affidatevi a loro e la vostra VW sarà coccolata come merita. Consigliata.
Excellent VW service center. Kind, prepared and helpful staff, ready to follow you step by step in explaining the work performed. Prices are VW average, but you know you get what you pay for. Trust them and your VW will be pampered as it deserves. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi volevano far pagare la sostituzione di una batteria che era ancora in garanzia; ho dovuto contattare il customer care VW per fargli spiegare che la durata della garanzia era di 3 anni e non 2 come da loro sostenuto. Per cui alla fine mi son rivolto altrove senza alcun problema. Lasciam ben perdere tutto che è meglio.
They wanted me to pay for the replacement of a battery that was still under warranty; I had to contact VW customer care to have them explain that the warranty period was 3 years and not 2 years as they claimed. So in the end I turned elsewhere without any problem. Let us forget all that is best.
