Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi hanno risposto di "non potere far nulla in quanto le perizie vengono gestite tramite un portale". Quindi, la domanda è: se il portale fa il lavoro, loro cosa fanno?

 Totally incompetent. They appraised the house I purchased with totally incorrect market values making me skip a mortgage substitute. To my request for explanations, they replied that "they cannot do anything because the appraisals are managed through a portal". So the question is, if the portal does the job, what do they do?
