β β β β β Bad product. Suitcase got broken after 3 days of purchase. The wheel's screws were loosened, and broke. and although it's 2 years warranty, they had an awefulbattitude and made me pay for new wheels. Very disappointing.

β β β β β Don't make the same mistake I did! I bought a small "leather" purse in 2007. The exterior is in great shape but the faux leather that lines every piece has peeled and cracked. The faux liner is so bad that it actually scrapes off with a gentle scratch. I absolutely hate this kind of product, so phoney, so fake. Shortly after I bought it, one of the clasps came loose and even though I was careful, the parts fell off and were lost. I tried to contact Carpisa for a replacement but they never replied to my requests for assistance. I would discourage anyone from purchasing any of their products. It's dishonest marketing to say "Vera Pelle Made in Italy". They should be ashamed. Really trashy product. The point of buying a leather bag is they should last forever if you take care of it. This damage all happened in storage. Don't fall for this phoney "leather " bag!

β β β β β Love to visit this shop - Italian handbags, backpacks, and luggage as well as accessories that are very modern and beautiful. Prices are very affordable and the items are practical. I like the carpisa- ? motif and every visit I get a unique accessory with it for my daughter.
