A	Andrea M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la macchina (una Mini Countryman) a fare il tagliando di manutenzione presso la Carma di Manzano unicamente perchè il capo meccanico, il sig. Paolo, era già meccanico quando detta Concessionaria era ufficiale Bmw. Dopo circa tre ore l'ho ritirata e, pagato il salasso (quasi 700€), per un tagliando di manutenzione ordinaria con in aggiunta solo la sostituzione delle pastiglie dei freni anteriori, mi accingevo a tornare a casa. Subito però, sia io che mia moglie, ci siamo resi conto della presenza di un graffio sulla fiancata sinistra della macchina che assolutamente non era presente in precedenza. Salito a bordo ho controllato il chilometraggio perchè, per abitudine, mi segno sempre i chilometri prima di consegnare l'auto per il tagliando; con stupore ho realizzato che erano stati fatti 20 km, quindi era stata percorsa una distanza ben più lunga rispetto a quanto necessario per un normale giro di controllo. (vuol dire che avevano fatto un giro di circa mezz'ora!!!!!) Interpellato il sig. Paolo, mi diceva di essere dispiaciuto dell'accaduto, che del graffio non era al corrente, che avrebbe immediatamente ripreso il meccanico che aveva usato la macchina e che, a suo avviso, sicuramente 20 km per provare una macchina che non ha problemi sono eccessivi ed immotivati. Diffidate gente, diffidate...... I brought the car (a Mini Countryman) to do the maintenance coupon at Carma di Manzano only because the head mechanic, Mr. Paolo was already a mechanic when that Concessionaria was an official BMW. After about three hours I picked it up and, after paying the bleed (almost 700 €), for a routine maintenance coupon with in addition only the replacement of the front brake pads, I was about to go home. But immediately, both myself and my wife, we realized the presence of a scratch on the left side of the car that was absolutely not present previously. After getting on board I checked the mileage because, by habit, I always signify the kilometers before handing over the car for the coupon; I realized with astonishment that 20 km had been made, so a much longer distance had been traveled than was necessary for a normal control tour. (it means that they had gone for about half an hour !!!!!) Contacted Mr. Paolo told me that he was sorry about what happened, that he was not aware of the scratch, that he would immediately take back the mechanic who had used the car and that, in his opinion, surely 20 km to try a machine that has no problems is excessive and unmotivated. Beware of people, beware ......
