F	Fulvio Furlan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia moglie ha acquistato 3 sedie, fatte su ordinazione. Arrivata a casa ci accingiamo a mettere dei feltri sotto le gambe e... Sorpresa sorpresa, le gambe non sono tutte uguali, nella parte finale, alcune sono a sezione e tonda, alcune a sezione quadra e non sono nemmeno rifinite con il colore, ma vabbè, tanto li sotto chi ci guarda? Attaccati i feltri, appoggiamo le sedie a terra e... Seconda sorpresa, le sedie traballano di brutto, le gambe hanno una differenza che va dai 5 agli 8 millimetri, volevo portarle da solo a misura ma... terza sorpresa, le sedie sono assemblate storte, quindi le gambe non sono parallele. Telefoniamo all'azienda che, prontamente, ci dice di riportargliele. Ma quando arrivo lì, le portano in fabbrica a limare le gambe per pareggiarle e basta, un signore anziano (credo il titolare) non ammetteva il difetto, la figlia diceva che sono tutte così, l'unica ONESTA è stata la nipote che ammetteva che le sedie fossero difettose ma, poverina, non aveva voce in capitolo. Risultato, ci dobbiamo tenere delle sedie storte, pagate 60 euro l'una. Veramente poco professionali, NON mi vedranno mai più, nemmeno con il binocolo. My wife bought 3 chairs, made to order. Surprise surprise, the legs are not all the same, in the final part, some are sectional and round, some are square section and they are not even finished with the color, but oh well, so much under those who look at us? After attaching the felts, we place the chairs on the ground and ... Second surprise, the chairs wobble badly, the legs have a difference ranging from 5 to 8 millimeters, I wanted to bring them to size myself but ... third surprise, the chairs are assembled crooked, so the legs are not parallel. We call the company which promptly tells us to bring them back. But when I get there, they take them to the factory to file their legs to equalize them and that's it, an elderly man (I think the owner) did not admit the defect, the daughter said that they are all like this, the only HONEST was the niece who admitted that the chairs were defective but, poor thing, she had no say in the matter. Result, we have to keep some crooked chairs, paid 60 euros each. Really unprofessional, they will NEVER see me again, not even with binoculars.
