Arrivato a casa da subito mi accorgo che a contatto con il corpo riscalda creando disagio .Ho chiesto la sostituzione ma non sono venuti in nessun modo incontro al problema riscontrato.Non consiglio Ho scoperto che il materasso era caldo dopo aver dormito la prima notte. Il materasso è stato consegnato di venerdì ed io ho chiamato immediatamente il lunedì mattina alle ore 9.00, primo giorno utile, visto che sabato e domenica siete chiusi.È vero che io ho chiesto il memory, perché sapevo essere comodo ed era quello che volevo,ma non mi avete detto che una caratteristica dei memory è che sono caldi,anzi sono stata rassicurata della freschezza del materasso, mentre quando ho chiamato per lamentare il problema, la prima cosa che mi avete detto è che si sa che il materasso memory è caldo .E comunque di fronte al problema che si è venuto a creare, non c'è stata nessuna forma di volontà di venire incontro al clienteRibadisco pessima esperienza, Bad experience.
