Sono sempre stati disponibili e gentili , anche quando si è riscontrata qualche problematica, non sono mai stato lasciato da parte.
Ha guadagnato la mia fiducia, e quando sarà il momento porterò l' auto per il tagliando. Sia in assistenza che i gentili venditori sempre disponibili .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina ho portato la macchina a fare un lavoro, e per miei problemi ho dovuto aspettare lì, sono stati gentilissimi a farla prima possibile per fare in modo che io non aspettassi troppo, e il tempo di attesa è stato impegnato piacevolmente davanti a un caffè che mi ha offerto la proprietaria scambiando quattro chiacchiere piacevoli , le ragazze alla cassa anche molto carine e disponibili ,infine un ringraziamento particolare ad Alessandro, per la sua disponibilità e professionalità. Ovviamente problema risolto egregiamente, insomma super consigliato!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A luglio ho subito un incidente e ho concordato con AutoMaurig che in 23 agosto la macchina viene riparata. Quando in 23 agosto mi sono recato al service mi hanno detto che la carrozzeria e chiusa fino a settembre e che mi chiamano quando aprono. In 9 di settembre finalmente ci siamo messi d'accordo per la riparazione. Ho portato la macchina in 13 (lunedi)e mi è stato detto che entro venerdì ho tutto riparato. Ma pensate che è così? Ho dovuto chiamare uo martedì 21 per vedere della mia vettura, che alla fine e stata consegnata mercoledì. Non e tutto... ho dovuto tornare perché hanno fatto la riparazione a risparmio non sostituendo un pezzo di plastica. Una brutta esperienza... magari si migliora. Le parole date devono essere rispettate.
In July I had an accident and I agreed with AutoMaurig that on 23 August the car will be repaired. When I went to the service on 23 August, they told me that the body shop is closed until September and that they call me when they open. On 9th of September we finally made an agreement for the repair. I brought the car at 13 (Monday) and was told that by Friday I have everything fixed. But do you think it is so? I had to call uo on Tuesday 21st to see about my car, which was finally delivered on Wednesday. That's not all ... I had to go back because they did the repair on a budget by not replacing a piece of plastic. A bad experience ... maybe it gets better. The words given must be respected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliata a chiunque possegga un auto Volkswagen, nel mio caso il personale è stato premuroso e celere nel risolvere la mia fragile situazione aggravata da un problema alla catena di distribuzione. Felicissimo di riavere la mia Golf e un grazie a Jessi, Valentina e Paolo. Sicuramente sarà un punto di riferimento anche in futuro.
Recommended for anyone who owns a Volkswagen car, in my case the staff were attentive and quick in resolving my fragile situation aggravated by a problem with the distribution chain. Delighted to have my Golf back and thanks to Jessi, Valentina and Paolo. It will certainly be a point of reference in the future as well.
