Concordato.
La “Signorina” proprietaria è molto arrogante.
Rispondere alle nostre telefonate è un hobby....
Sinceramente con tutte le ditte che ci sono non so come facciano a lavorare.
Ora vedremo come comportarci se procedere per vie legali.
SCONSIGLIO questa specie di ditta.
A non-professional company, wrong order, goods that we didn't want and they replied that this was what we had

Da ormai 6 anni, con contratti firmati alla mano, NON DANNO SEGUITO AL RIMPIAZZO PRENDENDO MILLE SCUSE.
QUANDO VEDONO MAIL E TELEFONATE NON RISPONDONO NEANCHE.
Fate attenzione.. Nessuna Assistenza, nessuna serietà professionale, nessuna garanzia.
Quando avete pagato dimenticatevi di loro anche se avete bisogno.
Da parte mia ho iniziato un azione legale che oltre al rimpiazzo creerà molte spese a carico della ditta in questione

Ad acquisti effettuati mi sono ricreduto in quanto l’azienda è organizzata benissimo, con personale disponibile e cordiale, tempi di consegna celeri e naturalmente prodotti impeccabili. Semplice dimostrazione che se si vuole in Italia si può ancora lavorare a certi livelli. Complimenti.

Prodotto con ottimo rapporto "qualità - prezzo". Consegna avvenuta nei tempi dopo accordi presi con personale "molto....molto..professionale e disponibile" . Lo consiglio e saluto la Sig.ra Alessandra..persona molto dinamica e simpatica. Continuate così:) Saluti da Castellammare di Stabiae...e buon lavoro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver acquistato dal loro sito un paio di articoli (dopo una lunga trattativa via whatsapp) e aver atteso la loro consegna prevista per le prime settimane di ottobre, cosa che non è avvenuta. a seguito di ciò ho provato quindi a contattare l'azienda sia via email che telefonicamente, le email non vengono consegnate, telefonicamente mi hanno messo in attesa, ho pagato la merce non mi è ancora arrivata.
Devo rivolgermi agli organi di polizia?
Spero di poter modificare positivamente al più presto questa recensione!! (31-10-2021)
