★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velocissimo l'appuntamento e velocissimo il servizio ma...
Parabrezza cambiato con l'assicurazione cristalli, per quel che ne so io di vetri va bene, guarnizione superiore cambiata ma quella sotto tutta rotta con tipo il cacciavite e non è stata cambiata.
Con la scusa mi chiede di cambiare le spazzole e qui la sorpresa più amara, (stupido io che non ho chiesto prima ) 60€ due spazzole anteriori(costano 20€)
Veramente triste e amareggiato
 Very fast the appointment and very fast the service but ...
Windshield changed with glass insurance, glass is fine as far as I know, upper gasket changed but the one underneath all broken with like the screwdriver and has not been changed.
With the excuse he asks me to change the brushes and here the most bitter surprise, (stupid me that I have not asked before) 60 € two front brushes (cost 20 €)
Really sad and bitter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la prima volta ho avuto bisogno della riparazione del mio parabrezza a causa di una crepa. Ho preso le informazioni sul sito dell'azienda in merito alla tipologia di intervento, i costi e la fattibilità. Arrivato in sede l'impiegato mi chiede quanto fosse grande la crepa e, senza neanche guardare l'auto ma solo l'ampiezza delle mie mani che indicavano circa 15 cm, mi dice che devo sostituire tutto il parabrezza, proponendomi una spesa folle. Ho risolto presso un'azienda concorrente, che in un'ora mi ha riparato il danno.
For the first time I needed my windshield repaired due to a crack. I got the information on the company website about the type of intervention, costs and feasibility. Arrived at the office the employee asks me how big the crack was and, without even looking at the car but only the width of my hands which indicated about 15 cm, he tells me that I have to replace the whole windshield, proposing a crazy expense. I solved it at a competitor, who repaired the damage in an hour.

In conclusione : se chiedete ...vi spiegheranno tutto sui tempi ,prezzi ,condizioni ,etc .
Kind and fast.
Compared to the other negative feedbacks ....... I have had all the answers and information requested by me on the pieces that have to be changed or not beyond the glass.
Impeccable intervention! (Already 2nd time)
In conclusion: if you ask ... they will explain everything about times, prices, conditions, etc.

Ringrazio molto l'addetto che era presente in sede questa mattina che ha fatto di tutto per trovare delle spazzole di ricambio per la nostra macchina. Davvero servizio da più di 5 stelle! Vi consiglio di passare da loro!

Voorlopige herstelling gebroken ruitje met een half vastgetaped weinig doorzichtig stukje plastic folie.
Gelukkig is het hier goed weer en kon ik rijdenzonder did plastic rommel voor mijn spiegel.
De stofzuiger bleef netjes tegen de muur staan en al de stukjes glas in de wagen lagen daar mooi te blinken.
Op het origineel ruitje moest ik een week wachten!

Fortunately the weather is good here and I could drive without the plastic mess in front of my mirror.
The vacuum cleaner stood neatly against the wall and all the pieces of glass in the car were there to shine beautifully.
I had to wait a week for the original window!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se diciamo NO alle spazzole da €60, vuol dire che non le vogliamo. Non che fate quello che volete e poi ce le troviamo in conto. Tra l'altro, son meglio quelle dei cinesi.
If we say NO to the € 60 brushes, it means we don't want them. Not that you do what you want and then we find them in the account. Among other things, those of the Chinese are better.
