La professionalità, la gentilezza e la delicatezza si notano dalle piccole cose. Bastano un sorriso e un "Buongiorno" agli estranei, per fare la differenza. Bella persona davvero. 5 stelle.
I have never fished and I do not intend to do so, but I am surprised by the education, fairness and politeness of the shopkeeper, who sees me pass every morning, greets me and says good morning, even knowing that I am not and I will not be a customer. Professionalism, kindness and delicacy can be seen in the little things. A smile and a "Hello" to strangers are enough to make a difference. Really nice person. 5 stars.
