Food was not only very good but above all very different, interesting, and innovative. One of the dishes consisted in a very surprising main element of tuna guts!
Bill was surprisingly... Cheap.
With great food served in generous portions, a fancy atmosphere, and good service, the bill still managed to average out at about 30€ per person with each person ordering multiple plates with appetizers and drinks.
Truly a remarkable and unique experience that stands out noticeably in a refreshing way from the average Italian coast restaurant experience, would recommend!
