★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contatto la struttura per un volo in parasail con i mii figli e prenoto regolarmente con largo anticipo. Un paio d'ore prima mi contattano tramite messaggio whatsapp dicendomi che le condizioni meteo forse non consentivano il volo e che ci saremmo aggiornati una mezz'ora prima del volo. Non li ho mai più sentiti ma nel frattempo ho visto volare in parasail altre presone nel mio slot. Lo stesso comportamento l'hanno tenuto con altri turisti. Se aggiungiamo che accettano solo pagamento in contanti per chiari motivi fiscali, direi che sono improponibili. Pessima esperienza con pessimi professionisti.
I contact the facility for a parasail flight with my children and book regularly well in advance. A couple of hours before they contact me via whatsapp message telling me that the weather conditions perhaps did not allow the flight and that we would be updated half an hour before the flight. I never heard them again but in the meantime I saw other people flying in parasail in my slot. They kept the same behavior with other tourists. If we add that they only accept cash payments for clear tax reasons, I would say that they are unacceptable. Bad experience with bad professionals.
