★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato un furgone per la giornata con ritiro alle 11 al prezzo di 60 euro circa. Arrivo al negozio alle 11,04 ed è chiuso e mi viene detto che per ritirare il furgone prenotato (e già pagato) devo pagare una penale di 30 euro.
Bel modo di servire i clienti! Mai più
 Booked a van for the day with pick-up at 11am for about 60 euros. I arrive at the shop at 11.04 am and it is closed and I am told that to collect the van booked (and already paid for) I have to pay a penalty of 30 euros.
Nice way to serve customers! Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare: prenotazione web per furgone gruppo S, confermata via mail, salvo poi scoprire all ultimo che è disponibile solo un furgone del gruppo inferiore, insufficiente in lunghezza per trasportare gli oggetti previsti. Una telefonata presso l'agenzia e 3 telefonate al numero "199" a pagamento, senza alcuna soluzione del problema... Una vergogna!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio per questa compagnia di noleggio. È la prima volta che affittiamo un furgone e abbiamo trovato competenza e cortesia. I mezzi sono abbastanza nuovi, onesti sulle condizioni del mezzo, unico problema gli orari dell'ufficio che non apre prima delle 8 e la chiusura dalle 11 alle 16 è un pò vincolante. Proveremo con una autovettura.
Great service for this rental company. It is the first time that we have rented a van and we have found competence and courtesy. The vehicles are quite new, honest about the conditions of the vehicle, the only problem is the office hours which do not open before 8 and the closing from 11 to 16 is a bit binding. We will try with a car.

Post selling services: zero.
I suggest to avoid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maggiore is extremely disorganised!! I booked a car online from the airport in Genoa. I was supposed to pick it up on Friday evening, but when I arrived at the airport the office was closed. I called the customer service and they told me that they had tried to contact me, which was the first lie, and they told me to go to another place in Genoa (corso Sardegna) the next morning, which was the beginning of a big adventure. When I arrived at the office in corso Sardegna the next morning, the owner told me that I cannot get any car from there as according to him my contract for some reason was not valid, which all turned out not to be true. What is more, he tried to sell me an additional contract for twice the price. We contacted the customer service immediately and had the owner talk to them, who started fighting about the issue. In the end, after calling the customer service for at least 10 times I got a car 13 hours late, which ruined my trip.
