Mi era stato detto che a metà febbraio mi avrebbero riconsegnato la macchina dando ovviamente per scontato che i pezzi erano stati trovati ma così non è stato. In tutto ciò da parte loro non ho mai ricevuto aggiornamenti sulla mia macchina ma dovevo sempre chiamare io per sapere. Poi a marzo, dopo aver già ricevuto il preventivo, sono saltati fuori altri problemi con una maggiorazione non indifferente del prezzo iniziale. Risultato finale: la macchina mi è stata riconsegnata i primi di aprile senza un minimo di scuse da parte loro. MAI PIÙ. I brought the car in early November for a repair. they assured me that they would do what they could to find the pieces. the estimate arrived only in early February despite my various reminders. I was told that in mid-February they would return the car to me, obviously taking it for granted that the parts had been found but this was not the case. In all of this from them I have never received updates on my car but I always had to call myself to find out. Then in March, after having already received the quote, other problems arose with a considerable increase in the initial price. Final result: the car was returned to me in early April without a minimum of apology from them. NEVER AGAIN.

However, they repaired my car as if it is a new car, only in two days. Staffs are polite, sincere, and friendly. They also retouched the other scratches on my car for free. I am glad I chose this shop. I definitely recommend.
