★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VW T-ROC acquistata a novembre '21, usata, in Via Aurelia; ottima esperienza. Dopo però iniziano i problemi. Dopo soli 4 mesi e 2000 km (totale km del conta-chilometri = 3560), al veicolo si rompe il climatronic: delle due l'una; o la macchina non è stata verificata a dovere prima della consegna, oppure il difetto al clima c'era prima della vendita e non si è voluti intervenire. Triste esperienza. Sconsiglio il concessionario, e la VW. Meglio le orientali!
 VW T-ROC purchased in November '21, used, in Via Aurelia; great experience. But then the problems begin. After only 4 months and 2000 km (total km of the counter = 3560), the climatronic breaks the vehicle: one of two; either the machine was not properly checked before delivery, or the climate defect was there before the sale and no action was taken. Sad experience. I do not recommend the dealer, and VW. Better the oriental ones!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia Golf 8 ibrida per un problema di aggiornamento centralina mal eseguito da altra concessionaria. Accolto dal Sig.Alfredo, persona competente gentile e professionale, problema risolto in un paio di giorni. Service serio e puntuale, al contrario di altri partner vw che si sono rifiutati di verificare la vettura perchè aggiornamento non eseguito da loro in prima battuta. Tornerò senz'altro da voi per i service e sostituzione auto. Grazie Alfredo.
I took my Golf 8 hybrid for a poorly performed ECU update issue from another dealership. Welcomed by Mr. Alfredo, competent, kind and professional person, problem solved in a couple of days. Serious and punctual service, unlike other vw partners who refused to check the car because the update was not carried out by them in the first place. I will definitely come back to you for service and car replacement. Thanks Alfredo.
