Pasta al sugo di carne di agnello e manzo SENZA carne, lasagne alle ortiche chiaramente di qualche giorno prima. Mozzarella arrosto che, nonostante sia di una semplicità imbarazzante, richiede un tempo talmente lungo da far passare l’appetito. Caffè Camardo ottimo. E per finire un conto che é almeno il 30% sopra il vero valore del pasto. L’edificio del ristorante é bello, il personale molto gentile ma siamo lontani dall’avere creato un locale accettabile. Non do quasi mai una stella perché cerco di vedere l’impegno. In questo caso il prodotto era a zero stelle ma ne ho date tre per il Personale. Cercate di migliorare Local just opened but even if the waiter works hard some limits should be reported. La location molto originale con delle scultore e delle realizzazioni artistiche molto interessanti. Da provare assolutamente!! Excellent service, delicious dishes on the menu. Il conto e stato giusto in tutto, l'unico contro il prezzo del tiramisù che ci è costato 5 euro l'uno, ho mangiato tiramisù ad altri posti pagato al max 3.50€ se ritoccano i prezzi dei dolci rientra nelle 5 stelle a pieno Everything is perfect, beautiful place, we ate really well, particular place, it is furnished by the owner with various things found around, friendly polite staff, after ordering we were immediately served. L'esterno sembra anonimo, ma varcata la porta, dentro è una sorta di galleria d'arte/laboratorio di un inventore/baita e il colpo d'occhio lascia a bocca aperta. I coniugi che lo gestiscono sono due persone super ospitali che amano quello che fanno e il loro territorio. Lui è un fine conoscitore di erbe selvatiche e prodotti del luogo. Hanno un pane fatto da loro con lievito madre e mix di farine che è fantastico. La cucina è genuina ma con un qualcosa di particolare in ogni portata, come la scamorza arrostita con cavolo nero o la polenta al ragù con salamino. Insomma, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, accompagnati da piacevoli racconti e un ottimo vino. Tutto è pulito e ottimamente tenuto in ordine. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità del cibo. Vale sicuramente un viaggio solo per assaggiare i loro piatti e perdersi nelle mille realizzazioni presenti nel locale (ampio e caldo al punto giusto). The outside seems anonymous, but once you cross the door, inside it is a sort of art gallery / laboratory of an inventor / hut and the glance leaves you speechless. The spouses who run it are two super hospitable people who love what they do and their territory. He is a keen connoisseur of wild herbs and local products. They have a bread made by them with sourdough and flour mix which is fantastic. The cuisine is genuine but with something special in each course, such as roasted scamorza cheese with black cabbage or polenta with meat sauce with salami. In short, we ate very well, accompanied by pleasant stories and an excellent wine. Everything is clean and in excellent order. Price adequate for the quality of the food. It is definitely worth a trip just to taste their dishes and get lost in the thousand creations present in the restaurant (large and hot at the right point).
