"Cinque stelle" per la pizza che ho mangiato. Era molto buona e condita con olio a crudo di qualità. Ho preso una Bufalina e anche la bufala era di qualità. Il servizio è stato un po' lento a causa del poco personale in un sabato sera di fine agosto. Per il resto, le altre cose che abbiamo preso erano erano buone di sapore ma misere di quantità. Dolci poco o niente. Abbiamo optato per il classico tartufo affogato, ma la bevanda che lo accompagnava in questo caso caffè d'orzo, era ghiacciato. Inesistente l'effetto tartufo freddo, caffè d'orzo caldo!
"Five stars" for the pizza I ate. It was very good and seasoned with quality raw oil. I got a Bufalina and the buffalo was also of quality. The service was a bit slow due to the lack of staff on a Saturday evening in late August. For the rest, the other things we took were good in flavor but poor in quantity. Little or no sweet. We opted for the classic poached truffle, but the drink that accompanied it in this case barley coffee, was frozen. The cold truffle effect does not exist, hot barley coffee!

Porzioni scarse e prezzi non adeguati. Poca scelta sui dolci e non ci sono tipici. Non lo consiglio

Découverte surprenante, Lors de notre séjour à Agnone après plusieur restaurant décevant, la découverte de ce restaurant sans prétention mais à la qualité élevée nous à tous charmer. Si vous êtes de passage dans le village ne passé pas à côté de ce restaurant et ne vous laisser pas influencés par sa décoration simpliste les saveurs sont au rendez vous. Nous avons tester plusieur amuse bouche le jambon de parme et le melon aussi juteux que raffiné et un assortiments de fromage tous aussi excellents les uns que les autres. Pour les plats nous avons succombé au délice à base de truffe et dès l’arrivée des plats de pâtes et de raviolis l’odeur de truffes nous a piqué les sens aussi bien visuel que gustatif. En deux mots Un Délice. Pour la suite nous avons optés pour une escalope de poulet grillé et une escalope de porc au citron là aussi le plaisir autant visuel que des saveurs était au rendez vous. Vous ne mangerez sans doute pas un poulet aussi fondant dans toute la région et une escalope de porc aussi parfumée. Nous avons voulus conclure ce voyage des papilles par une douceur sucrée nous avons craquer sur le tiramisu qui à conclut à merveille ce repas déjà excellent. La dernière surprise fut au moment de l’addition après un tel repas ont s’imagine que l’addition vas s’envoler et bien non, la encore un tarif tout à fait resonable. On repart avec qu’une seule envie y revenir et découvrir d’autre plats et saveur. Bref si vous êtes de passage foncez y les yeux fermés vous ne serez déçus que de ne pas avoir essayer plus de plats.
Surprising discovery, During our stay in Agnone after several disappointing restaurant, the discovery of this unpretentious restaurant but of high quality charmed us all. If you are passing through the village do not pass by this restaurant and do not let yourself be influenced by its simplistic decoration, the flavors are waiting for you. We have tested several appetizers, the parma ham and the melon as juicy as it is refined and an assortment of cheese all as excellent as each other. For the dishes we succumbed to the truffle-based delight and as soon as the pasta and ravioli dishes arrived, the smell of truffles piqued our senses both visually and tastefully. In two words Un Délice. For the rest, we opted for a grilled chicken cutlet and a lemon pork cutlet, again the pleasure as much visual as flavors were waiting for you. You probably won't eat such tender chicken throughout the region and such a fragrant pork cutlet. We wanted to conclude this trip of the taste buds with a sweetness, we fell in love with the tiramisu which perfectly concludes this already excellent meal. The last surprise was at the time of the bill after such a meal we imagine that the bill will fly away and well no, again a very reasonable price. We leave with just one desire to come back and discover other dishes and flavors. In short, if you are passing through, go for it with your eyes closed, you will only be disappointed not to have tried more dishes.
