T	Tiziano Nizzoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono al telefono, se porti i documenti in portineria non danno risposte esaustive sui tempi occorrenti al disbrigo delle pratiche ed anche la loro fotocopiatrice produce copie decisamente scadenti. They do not answer the phone, if you bring the documents to the reception they do not give exhaustive answers on the time needed to process the paperwork and even their photocopier produces very poor copies.

E pensare che loro dovrebbero essere al servizio del cittadino e riscuotano lo stipendio perchè noi paghiamo le tasse!! Precisi e puntuali fino all'esame, poi nessuna risposta e anche presentandosi agli uffici in orari di apertura non ho avuto modo di ritirare il documento. 3 mesi di telefonate senza mai nessuna risposta. Stando a Firenze non riesco ad andare spesso agli uffici. Poi sono stato chiamato per la conferma di un appuntamento. Quindi, tolto questo inghippo, ottimo servizio ma per il ritiro del documento bisogna fissare l'appuntamento via mail, cosa che non è scritta sul sito. After passing the private license exam, I was able to collect the document only a few months later. Precise and punctual until the examination, then no answer and even when I showed up at the offices during opening hours I did not have the opportunity to collect the document. 3 months of phone calls with no response. Being in Florence, I can't often go to the offices. Then I was called to confirm an appointment. So, removed this catch, excellent service but for the withdrawal of the document you have to make an appointment via email, which is not written on the site.

Non controllano gente che mette le reti nei porti, gente che le mette sotto costa, non controllano niente, sono perfettamente INUTILI It's painful, like the whole coast guard now, it's useless to say a little, if they weren't there, at least they wouldn't throw away money for people who don't want to do anything but get their salary. They don't control people who put nets in ports, people who put them on the coast, they control nothing, they are perfectly useless.
P	Philippe Lemoussu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'accesso al porto viene regolarmente bloccato per almeno 30 minuti alle 9.30 da un ponte mobile che consente il passaggio a qualche yacht. Perché in orario di alto traffico, passeggeri Grimaldi, camion, lavoratori del porto devono fare lunghe code e pagare un dazio per fare comodo a qualche persone danarose. Poverini, alzarsi presto non ce la fanno. Vergogna all'autorità portuale che sottosta a questa cosa. Access to the port is regularly blocked for at least 30 minutes at 9.30 by a mobile bridge that allows passage to some yachts. Because during busy times, Grimaldi passengers, trucks, port workers have to queue up and pay a duty to make some moneyed people comfortable. Poor things, they can't get up early. Shame on the port authority behind this thing.
A	Alberto Bani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace per le altre recensioni, per come ho avuto bisogno di questi uffici in special modo con quello della gente di mare, ho solo da parlare bene. Ho sempre trovato il personale della Marina militare preparatissimo, di aiuto nella risoluzione dei problemi e devo dirlo anche con simpatia. Io sono un marittimo l’estate e albergatore/ristoratore nel periodo invernale, quando siamo pieni di lavoro con sala piena non abbiamo tempo per rispondere alle telefonate. Ma quando siete in emergenza in mare cavoli come sono operativi!!! I'm sorry for the other reviews, for how I needed these offices especially with the one of the seafarers, I just have to speak well. I have always found the Navy personnel to be very well prepared, to help in solving problems and I must also say this with sympathy. I am a seafarer in the summer and a hotelier / restaurateur in the winter, when we are full of work with a full room we do not have time to answer phone calls. But when you are in an emergency at sea, how are they operational !!!
