★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda il settore nails non si ha molta scelta a livello di marchi. Inoltre trovo i prezzi di fornitura eccessivi, credo che sia più conveniente per i parrucchieri.

You find so many products, quality and sub-brand you have a choice. Some things more expensive than other PVs (plates above all). Good seller, the person in charge of the pv ... Too bad I'm also in business and I know certain strategies ...;)

Molto costosi a dire il vero (circa 20 euro a prodotto, a meno che non si prenda il set) ma anche OTTIMI, sono rimasta sbalordita dalla styling cream, mai provata nessuna così. Sono veramente super super soddisfatta ! ?
I bought the whole Oh my curls line. There wasn't much choice but I am very happy I tried these products. Very expensive to be honest (about 20 euros per product, unless you take the set) but also EXCELLENT, I was amazed by the styling cream, never tried any like this. I am really super super satisfied! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazie a Barbara è un ottima venditrice sono entrata per comprare un pennello per la tinta e grazie a lei ho conosciuto e poi acquistato la piastra My Infrared davvero un ottimo prodotto mi ha lasciata i capelli morbidi e setosi e costa moltooo di meno a quella della Dyson!
Thanks to Barbara she is a great seller I went in to buy a brush for the dye and thanks to her I met and then bought the My Infrared straightener really a great product she left my hair soft and silky and it costs a lot less than that of Dyson !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo entrate così per dare un occhiata e la commessa Veronica è stata gentilissima, disponibilissima e super positiva nonostante la folla e lo stress natalizio, abbiamo comprato un arricciacapelli e dei prodotti e siamo tornate dopo il nostro giro di shopping a fare il bis e ne abbiamo comprata un' altra più i prodotti. L' arricciacapelli è per ora di buona qualità anche se chiaramente ci devo prendere un po la mano. Comunque all' approccio clienti voto 10.
We went in like this to have a look and the saleswoman Veronica was very kind, very helpful and super positive despite the crowd and the Christmas stress, we bought a curling iron and some products and we came back after our shopping trip to do an encore and we bought another one plus the products. The curling iron is for now of good quality even if I clearly have to get carried away with it. In any case, I vote 10 for the customer approach.

Mi sono ricreduta da una brutta esperienza avuta nel negozio di Milano stazione Garibaldi dove non sono stata accolta con gentilezza da una persona che non credo sia professionalmente valida avendo negato che io avessi trovato un prodotto nel negozio di Roma termini. Ha negato che fosse un vostro prodotto sottolineando che probabilmente ero confusa. Sto parlando dell'elastico hairdo nel colore grigio. Avendo'o già acquistato a Roma sono rimasta senza parole. Sono tornata a Roma termini e poiché non lo avevano a disposizione lo hanno cercato in altri punti candita e trovandolo a Porta di Roma lo hanno fatto mettere da parte. Oggi sono andata a prenderlo ed ho trovato cortesia e professionalità e sono stata aiutata anche nell'acquisto di molti altri prodotti. Attendo che ampliate la scelta dei posticci nel colore grigio

He denied it was your product, pointing out that I was probably confused. I'm talking about the hairdo elastic in gray color. Having already bought in Rome I was speechless. I went back to Rome and since they did not have it available, they looked for it in other places and found it in Porta di Roma they had it put aside. Today I went to get it and I found courtesy and professionalism and I was also helped in the purchase of many other products. I am waiting for you to expand the choice of hairpieces in gray

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è possibile che al momento dell’acquisto di un prodotto, si debba essere assaliti da una valanga di domande per farti comprare altre mille cose. Ero entrata per comprare una bustina di polvere decolorante, e al momento del pagamento la commessa con fare insistente “mi proponeva” la vendita di altri prodotti per capelli. Capisco che è il suo lavoro, ma i modi sono stati veramente pessimi, soprattutto perché ad ogni mio gentile e cortese rifiuto faceva battute con la collega, senza mantenere il decoro professionale di chi è addetto a lavorare a contatto con il pubblico.
Personale assolutamente da rivedere.
