★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here in the afternoon and asked for recommendations. So we got a tasting plate with local fish and veal. Also a home made bean salad and lasagna.
To each menu we got wine recommendations, which perfectly matched. Doing so, we could enjoy each taste of the meal. Molto bene!
Recommended to go here during lunch time, as it was not so crowded. I imagine in evenings you might need a reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A truly unique discovery! I brought my fiancé here for his birthday per his request after our first visit. Owner and chef Nicola purchases all the food locally within 60 kilometers. We could taste the freshness in the food which was delicious! We loved the ambiance of the space which reflects the beauty of Sorano. Reasonably priced for the uniqueness of the restaurant itself. Owner Nicola and his wife Luisa are very friendly and we enjoyed our conversations as we asked many questions about the restaurant and surrounding areas.
