Trattoria in the center of San Salvo, few tables, cozy restaurant. Convenient parking. Land menu, platter of cold cuts and local cheeses, original and phenomenal first courses. Open kitchen polite and courteous staff. Stop not to miss!

La qualità del cibo et sicuramente elevata anche se una lavagnetta con i piatti e i rispettivi prezzi sarebbe a mio parere preferibile ad un puro elenco a voce. Il servizio è migliorabile. Mi sarei aspettato di trovare sul tavolo una carta dei vini ( anche se non la ho richiesta) essendo indicata come enoteca.
Few things but good. The menu basically consists of two appetizers and some nice second courses. The quality of the food is certainly high even if a blackboard with the dishes and their prices would be preferable in my opinion to a pure voice list. The service can be improved. I would have expected to find a wine list on the table (even if I did not request it) as it is indicated as a wine shop.

Entrecôte o tagliate sia di angus che brasialiane fanno la differenza, buoni i taglieri locali con sfizi di formaggi e salami per antipasti. Non hanno grandi varietà di proposte, anche se elencate a voce e ben descritte dalla bravissima ragazza addetta al servizio, ma nonostante questo sarebbe stato gradito, come per la maggioranza dei locali, un menu a corredo (lavagnetta o Qrcode) con i prezzi come orientamento per il cliente! Piccola defezione, trovato poco gradito il coperto sul conto di € 2,50 cd, per una location (neanche un Deor) su strada comunale, anche se parzialmente riservata tra i parcheggi a spina e non di grande passaggio di autovetture.
What can I say, in the Cantina Degli Angeli they certainly know their stuff in the preparation of meat. Entrecôte or cut both angus and brasialiane make the difference, good local platters with whims of cheeses and salami for appetizers. They do not have a great variety of proposals, even if listed verbally and well described by the talented girl in charge of the service, but despite this it would have been appreciated, as for most of the places, a accompanying menu (blackboard or Qrcode) with prices as orientation for the customer! Small defection, found unwelcome the cover charge on the account of € 2.50 cd, for a location (not even a Deor) on the municipal road, even if partially reserved among the plug-in parking lots and not with high traffic of cars.

Locale nel centro storico di San Salvo, pulito e accogliente con la ragazza ai tavoli (all'interno e all'esterno sulla strada) molto carina e disponibile.
Menù di sola carne, con possibilità di cottura a piacere (meraviglia!), tagliere di affettati e formaggi tipici e perciò a disposizione solo vino rosato o rosso della casa.
Il rosato molto buono.
Abbiamo apprezzato l'entrecôte di carne brasiliana (si può scegliere anche Angus) cotta in vari modi:
coi funghi porcini e provola, con pachino rucola e scaglie di grana e semplice alla griglia.
Peccato pagare euro 2,50 di coperto per un tavolo su strada di passaggio e non ben illuminata, a due passi.da un parcheggio.
Da provare.

Local in the historic center of San Salvo, clean and welcoming with the girl at the tables (inside and outside on the street) very nice and helpful.
Meat-only menu, with the possibility of cooking to taste (wonderful!), Platter of typical cold cuts and cheeses and therefore only rosé or red house wine available.
The very good rosé.
We enjoyed the Brazilian beef entrecôte (Angus can also be chosen) cooked in various ways:
with porcini mushrooms and provolone, with rocket cherry tomatoes and parmesan flakes and simple grilled.
It is a pity to pay a cover charge of € 2.50 for a table on a passing road that is not well lit, a stone's throw from a parking lot.
