★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel lavoro è consentito l'errore (ematoma a causa inserimento ago prelievo). Chi lavora al pubblico dovrebbe soddisafare come requisiti minimi la gentilezza, buone maniere ed educazione.
 In the work the error is allowed (hematoma due to the insertion of the needle). Those who work with the public should meet kindness, manners and education as minimum requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un laboratorio pessimo...con personale di bassissino livello professionale e umano.Sono una donna incinta al 7 mese...che questa mattina doveva svolgere esami di routine...(ovunque vado a fare analisi ho diritto di precedenza..essendo anche gravidanza a rischio)la "tizia" dell accettazione...molto sgorbutica mi dice di prendere il numero è di attendere il mio turno ...senza rispettare il mio stato......distanziamento di sicurezza inesistente.....cmq attendo la fila....e finalmente è il mio turno...sempre la "tizia" dell accettazione...sostiene di avere ragione...che non avevo alcun diritto...è stata poco rispettosa...e anche poco professionale....in ogni caso sconsiglio assolutamente questo laboratorio..per la poca professionalità di questo laboratorio.....anche per via del poco rispetto dell anti covid.....nessun rispetto della distanza di sicurezza...persone ammucchiate dentro la sala di attesa....una pessima esperienza
A very bad laboratory ... with very low professional and human level personnel.I am a 7 month pregnant woman ... who this morning had to carry out routine tests ... (wherever I go to do analysis I have the right of precedence ... pregnancy at risk) the "chick" of the acceptance ... very gouged tells me to take the number and to wait my turn ... without respecting my status ...... non-existent safety distancing ..... cmq wait for the line .... and finally it's my turn ... always the "chick" of acceptance ... claims to be right ... that I had no right ... she was not very respectful ... and even unprofessional .... in any case I absolutely do not recommend this laboratory .. due to the lack of professionalism of this laboratory ..... also due to the lack of respect for the anti covid ..... no respect for the safety distance .. .people crowded into the waiting room .... a very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un problema riguardante tampone e green pass non ricevuto, il dottore mi ha aiutato in tutti i modi per risolverlo e grazie alla sua enorme disponibilità e pazienza, ho risolto il problema. Disponibilità e prezzi super vantaggiosi rispetto a tutti gli altri in zona. Consigliato.

Consiglierei di provvedere quanto prima ad incrementare il personale addetto ai tamponi.
Non è fattibile che questo servizio sia svolto in questa modalità, in vista anche del 15 ottobre...
