Non consegnano la merce nei tempi prestabiliti, comunicano di non trovare il destinatario in casa quando invece non vengono proprio a suonare, al telefono non rispondono quasi mai e quando lo fanno sono anche scortesi. Rassegnatevi che con loro le spedizioni che vi garantiscono in 24/48h arrivano dopo 10 giorni. È una vergogna nel 2021 e purtroppo il loro pessimo lavoro rovina quello di aziende serie e celeri nello spedire i colli. Non dovrebbero più usufruire del loro scarsissimo servizio. E comunque quando il destinatario è assente si lascia l'avviso di tentata consegna ....... Bad and unreliable. They don't deliver the goods on time, they say they can't find the recipient at home when they don't really come to ring, they almost never answer the phone and when they do they are also rude. Resign yourself that with them the shipments that they guarantee you in 24 / 48h arrive after 10 days. It's a shame in 2021 and unfortunately their bad job ruins that of serious and fast companies in shipping packages. They should no longer benefit from their very poor service. Di cui ho saltato un colloquio per ritirare il mio ordine che non è mai arrivato a destinazione e come sempre sulla notifica del corriere spunta il destinatario non era a casa e non rispondeva al telefono non è la prima volta che lo fanno... Da questa azienda uno si aspetterebbe una professionalità incredibile invece lasciamo stare, corriere fa finta di niente I can say a lousy bad company to say the least they answer the phone yes ok and delivery by 7 ... of which I skipped an interview to collect my order which never arrived at its destination and as always on the courier notification check the recipient was not at home and did not answer the phone it is not the first time they do it ... from this company one would expect an incredible professionalism but let's forget it, courier pretends nothing has happened

Dopo averli contattati mi hanno detto che la consegna era prevista per il giorno stesso,ma ancora oggi nessun pacco I have not received any packages. You should have received it on 02/21/2022. E ti dicono. Non lo visto. Ritardi inaccettabili nelle consegne giustificati con pretesti del tipo "abbiamo chiamato ma il suo telefono era irraggiungibile" - "siamo passati ma in casa non c'era nessuno" - "purtroppo non c'era un mezzo disponibile" rimandando sempre al giorno successivo. E così si è costretti ad andare a ritirare il collo di persona. Mai più con GLS. I refer to the GLS office in Agrigento. Staff with professionalism close to zero. Unacceptable delays in deliveries justified on pretexts such as "we called but his phone was unreachable" - "we passed but nobody was at home" - "unfortunately there was no means available" always postponing to the next day. Dopo averli contattati mi dice che a casa non c'era nessuno ( i miei genitori sono stati presenti tutto il giorno a casa ma nessuno ha suonato alla porta). La loro risposta è: "se le servono urgenti le può ritirare al nostro deposito". HO PAGATO IL SERVIZIO DI TRASFORTO SIETE VOI CHE DOVETE FORNIRE IL SERVIZIO. TENGO A PRECISARE CHE LA RECENSIONE È FATTA PER LA SEDE DI AGRIGENTO MAGARI DA ALTRE PARTI NON METTO IN DUBBIO LA LORO EFFICIENZA MA AD AGRIGENo SONO RIMASTO DAVVERO DELUSO Bad experience, today I had to receive a delivery but the courier did not show up.
