★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sappiamo bene quanto sia prezioso il tempo e quanto sia diventato sempre più difficile trovare persone disposte a concederne anche solo una piccola parte a buon rendere. Il signor Failla si è rivelato immune a questi mutamenti e, senza neanche conoscermi, non ha esitato un solo istante ad invitarmi c/o il suo stabilimento per darmi un'ampia possibilità di scelta circa ciò che gli avevo chiesto per telefono. Gentilissimo e disponibilissimo alla fine mi ha trovato la soluzione per la piccolissima cosa casalinga che desideravo realizzare. Più che un affare l'ho vissuto come un incontro tra vecchi amici che non si vedevano da tempo.
Aggiungere altro? No! Credo ci sia tutto ciò che un lettore voleva sapere.

We know how precious time is and how it has become increasingly difficult to find people willing to give even a small part of it for good returns. Mr. Failla proved to be immune to these changes and, without even knowing me, he did not hesitate for a single moment to invite me to his establishment to give me a wide choice of what I had asked him by phone. Very kind and extremely available, in the end he found me the solution for the very small housewife thing that I wanted to make. More than a business, I experienced it as a meeting between old friends who hadn't seen each other for some time.
Add more? No! I think there is everything a reader wanted to know.
