Negozio piccolo ma molto rifornito sia per vendita sia per noleggio.
Svariata scelta sia nel vestiario che nell'attrezzatura da sci e trekking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace, scarsa professionalità e assenza della attenzione al cliente: a mia figlia hanno consegnato due scarponi di misura differente! Non mi era mai successo. Nel pomeriggio dopo avere cambiato uno scarpone (mia figlia si era adattata ad una misura troppo piccola) abbiamo chiesto di cambiare misura e non era disponibile se non con scarponi che già alla prova davano fastidio.
Ma più di tutto mi ha dispiaciuto l’approccio non disponibile del tipo “noi lo scarpone l’abbiamo, non è un problema nostro se a sua figlia fa male al piede”.
Ho chiesto il rimborso per i giorni residui ma non mi è stato concesso.
I'm sorry, lack of professionalism and lack of attention to the customer: my daughter was given two boots of different sizes! It had never happened to me. In the afternoon, after changing a boot (my daughter had adapted to a size too small) we asked to change the size and was not available except with boots that already bothered the test.
But most of all I regretted the unavailable approach of the type "we have the boot, it's not our problem if your daughter hurts her foot".
I asked for a refund for the remaining days but was not granted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi ci ha serviti dall'inizio zero cordialità o sorriso, quando chiedo quanto viene lo skipass il tipo a freddo mi dice "è scritto lì molto chiaro sulla tabella". Addirittura cosa mai successa riportiamo gli sci e ci chiedono di richiudere tutti i lacci degli scarponi. Salutati a fatica. Pazzesco, mai più.
Who has served us from the beginning zero friendliness or smile, when I ask how much the ski pass is, the cold guy tells me "it is written there very clearly on the table". Even what never happened we bring back the skis and ask us to close all the laces of the boots. Saluted with difficulty. Crazy, never again.
