β β β β β For starter, The food came really fast. Yes, thats good. That's why i give one star.
The food, My case ribs.. So dry.
I was so hungry after long Day skiing, i tryed to eat it. Could not finnish. The waiter never came Back to table to Ask "how is The food?"
Said nothing when he came to collect The plates. Offcourse i told him then that The meat was very dry and should not Be served to customers like this. He replied "i aggree". ??? Offering no compensation nothing. Like this happens all The Time. I hope IT was just this food, this one Time. Unfortunately for me there will not Be second Time for this Place.

β β β β β The Hugo cocktail alone would give this place 5 stars! The staff was friendly and the environment inside was an American style restaurant in the Italian Alps. We had the rooster (very tender) and the pork ribs (fall off the bone)! Our other meals in the group were delicious.

β β β β β the furniture is very modern in mountain style the typical food of the place is very good all fresh products, the burgers are delicious the meat is first quality the burger of trot with bread with vegetable carbon. many alternatives for vegetarians are excellent, the delicious Polenta with mushrooms. the desset is super good fantastic strudel, the staff is very friendly Marcello has treated us very well. Thank you.
Absolutely recommend ...!!!

β β β β β The waiting in the queue is not worth it.
βNo reservationβ system is just to make more money and show that they donβt care about their customers (this I was told by one of their staff memberβs, it is not my own idea).
Staff is rude and uneducated.
Food is not bad, but nothing special.
When you do something just to make more money itβs always like this. You can feel it in the atmosphere of the restaurant and behaviour of itβs people. Everybody is exhausted and therefore very unfriendly.
Conclusion - there are other places with way better service and much much better food in few minutes walking distance!
And these other places take reservations so you wonβt need to stand outside with your friends or family.

β β β β β Very nice local food. Great dishes with a very stylish plate design. For the rib rack, you get a small brush for adding sauce on the rack. The tiramiso arrived in a plant like vase. Very original and unique. Thumbs up. Prices are reasonable. And great taste

β β β β β The decor is great and the food is excellent. Never had such a nice burger, made with prime cuts and tasty combinations of garnish. Service was excellent and the waitress (can't remember her name now, but she is from Naples) was very friendly and efficient! Recommended, but either try to get there early for dinner (6.30pm) or late, or expect to wait, as they do not take reservations
