β β β β β A local favorite, this traditional Italian restaurant has everything you could wish for. Special mountain dishes like deer and boar, alongside the expected stone oven pizza with at least fourty topping options. Service was elegant and friendly with tableware changes and white tablecloths. Wine selection was large and we ordered one of the local alto adige wines which was excellent.

β β β β β Food was exceptional! Ordered 5 different dishes and pizza, everything was delicious. Coffee is like most coffee in Italy- burnt and bitter- but except that everything was to our liking. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Oh my goodness, this place is UNREAL amazing. Superb quality from start to finish. We had a couple pizzas and the burrata with the fried egg, add a couple delicious beers, and it was the perfect meal. Couldn't ask for a more perfect afternoon meal.

β β β β β We left with a bitter taste in our mouth. On the good side: the pizzas were good, and at least the 'classic' pizzas we took were fairly priced. On the negative side: service was extremely slow, and we waited 25 minutes for the pizza. We ordered 'chestnut soup', which at 15Euro we knew was a gamble. It was described as a gourmet dish, but what arrived was a wet heap of mushroom and bacon, and the chestnut component had a consistency of porridge. Basically, taking 15Euro and throwing it down the drain. Tons of people, and so the service was not attentive and it took some effort to catch the attention of the waiter, which would not be a big deal if this place didn't charge a 3Euro service charge per person, also applied to kids. In summary: best for take away Pizza, but we will not return for table service.

β β β β β We enjoyed our visit to Antico Focolare and loved the ambiance from the moment we stepped in. The service was outstanding and we couldn't wait to be seated. We ordered the guliash which was scrumptious. Next was the meat which was scrumptious, and we would definitely order it again! The deserts was also on point and at the end of the meal we were so full and very happy. We would absolutely come back for more food soon and a huge thanks to all the staff!
