Circa 10 giorni fa, mi reco al negozio di via Monginevro a Torino, compro una camicia da regalare, chiedendo espressamente se potevo cambiarla qualora non fosse andata bene la taglia: la commessa mi risponde che non ci sarebbe stato alcun problema nel cambiarla. Torno in negozio dopo una settimana circa, di martedì alle ore 18:15, trovandolo con le serrande chiuse e un numero di telefono: chiamo immediatamente il numero, chiedo spiegazioni alla signora che mi risponde e mi dice che quel negozio è e resterà chiuso definitivamente! Con mia grande sorpresa, visto che al primo passaggio la commessa non mi aveva avvertito di una possibilità del genere e nel negozio non c'erano avvisi di questo genere, chiedo ulteriori spiegazioni alla signora che, prima di tutto mi dal del "tu" senza conoscermi e poi, si, mi dà la possibilità di cambiarla, ma nel negozio di Santena, cosa per me logisticamente improponibile. Insomma... nel locale di via Monginevro mi sono sempre trovato bene, ho speso soldi, quindi non mi aspettavo di essere trattato in questo modo. It pains me to give such a negative review, but customers should not be treated in this way. About 10 days ago, I went to the shop in via Monginevro in Turin, I bought a shirt to give away, expressly asking if I could change it if the size did not go well: the saleswoman replied that there would be no problem in changing it. I go back to the shop after a week or so, on Tuesday at 18:15, finding it with the shutters closed and a telephone number: I immediately call the number, ask the lady for an explanation who answers me and tells me that that shop is and will remain permanently closed ! To my surprise, given that at the first step the saleswoman had not warned me of such a possibility and there were no such warnings in the shop, I ask further explanations to the lady who, first of all, gives me the "you" without knowing me and then, yes, it gives me the possibility to change it, but in the Santena shop, which is logistically impossible for me. In short ... I always found myself well in the Via Monginevro restaurant, I spent money, so I didn't expect to be treated in this way.
