★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentile Signora, ci rincresce di non averla potuta accontentare e che dopo tanti anni come cliente decida di abbandonarci. Tuttavia comprendera' che se lei acquista della merce prima delle feste natalizie e vuole sostituirla quasi un mese dopo, con tutta la buona volonta', non riusciamo ad effettuare questa operazione sia perche' la merce in questione e' andata in esaurimento sia altri motivi tra i quali quello fiscale. Siamo sempre ben lieti di effettuare le dovute sostituzioni e cambi taglia qualora queste rispecchino tempi e modi previsti dalle normative in materia.
Il nostro massimo impegno e' sempre a disposizione della nostra clientela e ci rincresce non riuscire ad accontentare le piu disparate richieste di alcuni clienti, tuttavia, se siamo in attivita' da oltre 70 anni e siamo stati premiati dal comune di Bologna per l'attivita' svolta, riteniamo di fare discretamente il nostro lavoro con centinaia di clienti soddisfatti negli anni.
