★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience when purchasing in-store, however extremely poor post-sales service. I purchased a EUR1,000+ suit from Giusti, but the suit trousers tore on only the 5th wear when back in Australia, in such a way that really should not happen. I have attempted to contact Giusti on multiple occasions to discuss the situation, however I cannot seem to get even an acknowledgement let alone a response. I’ve never publicly posted a poor review before, and I hope this prompts Giusti to respond to me.
