I	ILARIA MAZZOTTA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per il cambio di uno slip in perfetto stato (se fosse possibile allegherei anche una foto) regalatomi 4 giorni fa con scontrino ed etichetta , tutto regolare , ma le commesse/titolare si sono opposte al cambio appellandosi al fatto che il costume aveva avuto dei precedenti durante l’acquisto, a mio parere e obbiettivamente inestistenti . Quindi non ho potuto acquistare il costume che a me piaceva e ora dovrò tenere questo slip che poteva essere tranquillamente rivenduto. Non ci tornerò mai più! I went for the change of a slip in perfect condition (if possible I would also attach a photo) given to me 4 days ago with receipt and label, all regular, but the orders / owner opposed the change appealing to the fact that the costume had had of the precedents during the purchase, in my opinion and objectively non-existent. So I couldn't buy the costume that I liked and now I will have to keep this slip which could easily be resold. I will never go back!

Dall’accoglienza del cliente al servizio dello stesso. É già la seconda possibilità che do al punto vendita , la terza non ci sarà ! Sono riuscite a trovare una soluzione ottimale ad una richiesta un po' particolare che gli ho sottoposto. Consigliatissimo!!!!! mi sono trovata veramente bene, tornerò e lo consiglierò a tutte le mie amiche. ❤️ I went to Calzedonia in via Trinchese in Lecce, I was greeted with great courtesy and kindness, the orders were very kind and ready to accommodate my every request. They managed to find an optimal solution to a somewhat particular request that I submitted to them. Highly recommended !!!!! I had a really good time, I will come back and recommend it to all my friends. ❤️
R	Rebecca Ingrosso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non è la prima volta che mi succede nel negozio di Lecce (via Trinchese) Questa volta però la commessa è stata veramente fuori luogo in quanto sosteneva delle cose infondate : alludere in modo maleducato che sia entrata nonostante ci fossero già 4 persone (numero max x causa covid) è veramente assurdo, e soprattutto se fosse stata attenta, avrebbe visto che mentre usciva la cliente pagante io entravo. Purtroppo si preferisce parlare a vanvera senza essere realmente sicuri di ciò che si espone. Questo nn dovrebbe succedere a chi ha la responsabilità di doversi tenere dei clienti perché qualora non l'avesse capito, da ieri una l'ha persa. Era la seconda e ultima volta perché non ci entrerò più. Negozio molto pulito e ordinato... Se fossi del posto sarei una vostra cliente fissa!!! Davvero complimenti... Nota negativa l'arriganza estrema di due clienti che erano in negozio... Scenata assurda per un reso non fatto per mancanza di scontrino ma sempre ottima educazione delle commesse nell'affrontare la situazione When I arrived in Lecce for a mini vacation, I went to Calzedonia to buy a costume ...
