★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je leur ai commandé une robe que j'ai renvoyée 5 jours après sa livraison et ce, dans l’état dans lequel je l’avais reçue.
Durant cette période, je l’ai moi même mise sous plastique sur le cintre fourni car je l’ai reçue sans housse ni protection dans un simple papier de soie dans le carton de livraison. Après l'avoir essayée à mon domicile en étant très précautionneuse, j'ai choisi de la replacer dans son papier de soie dans le carton et de la renvoyer.
Toutefois, ce vendeur a refusé mon retour en prétendant que j'avais renvoyé l'article dans un « état déplorable », ce qui est tout simplement faux et mensonger. Il m'a retourné cette robe plus de 10 jours après l'incident, sans aucune justification ni preuve de ce qu'il avançait. À réception, la robe n'était pas mieux emballée mais ne présentait strictement aucun défaut.
Ce magasin est une honte, je ne recommande pas.
I ordered a dress from them and returned it 5 days after it was delivered, in the condition I received it.
During this period, I myself put it in plastic on the hanger provided because I received it without cover or protection in a simple tissue paper in the delivery box. After having tried it at my home being very careful, I chose to put it back in its tissue paper in the box and send it back.
However, this seller refused my return claiming that I had returned the item in "deplorable condition", which is simply untrue and misleading. He returned this dress to me more than 10 days after the incident, without any justification or proof of what he was saying. Upon receipt, the dress was not better packaged but had absolutely no defects.
This store is a disgrace, I do not recommend.
