Ho ordinato faggio e mi è arrivato rovere che tra l'altro fatica moltissimo a bruciare.
Veramente poca serietà, in tanti anni che acquisto legna non mi è mai successa una cosa del genere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato 560 sacchi di abete rosso e lasciava durante la combustione un residuo metallico che andando a depositarsi vicino alla candeletta impediva l'accensione della caldaia mandandola in blocco. Abbiamo poi contestato il pellets alla Calor Domus ma il proprietario ha dato la causa alla non corretta taratura della caldaia. Quest'anno abbiamo cambiato il fornitore del pellets e pur pagando lo stesso prezzo non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema, quindi mai più acquisterò pellets dalla Calor Domus.

We purchased 560 sacks of spruce and it left a metallic residue during combustion which deposited near the glow plug prevented the boiler from being ignited, causing it to block. We then challenged the pellets to Calor Domus but the owner gave the cause to the incorrect calibration of the boiler. This year we changed the supplier of pellets and despite paying the same price we did not have any problems, so I will never buy pellets from Calor Domus again.
