Chiedete i mq precisi prima di prendere appuntamento e perdere tempo come è successo a me. Just honest. Nessuna fatica per me, rapidi ed efficienti, hanno rispettato tute le mie richieste. Mi sono trovata benissimo e continuerò ad affidarmi a loro. Kind and punctual, they took care of everything, from the purchase of a property to the signing of a rental contract, to the search and selection of tenants for the rental of 2 houses. No effort for me, quick and efficient, they met all my requests. I had a great time and will continue to rely on them.

Come per tutte le attività vale il detto "non facciamo i miracoli ma ci stiamo organizzando". Ci chiamano venerdì mattina per dirci che hanno un problema con le chiavi e non possono farci vedere l’appartamento, lo spostano a martedì! Lunedì mattina mia moglie chiama per anticipare e le viene detto che non è più disponibile in quanto i signori che lo hanno visto venerdì hanno fatto la proposta. Ma non avevano problemi con le chiavi??? Non è per l’immobile, il problema maggiore è il prendere per i fondelli le persone ed essere convinti che uno non se ne accorga! Professionalism equal to 0. They call us on Friday morning to tell us that they have a problem with the keys and cannot show us the apartment, they move it to Tuesday! Monday morning my wife calls to advance and is told that he is no longer available as the gentlemen who saw him on Friday made the proposal. But didn't they have any problems with the keys ??? In pochi giorni siamo riusciti a trovare l'accordo per la mia casa. Consigliatissimi edit: Sto leggendo adesso le recensioni negative, sinceramente non le comprendo. Nel mio caso il personale è stato molto cordiale, gentile, educato e preparato a rispondere a tutte le domande sull'immobile. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è proprio la sensazione che volessero fare quel passo in più per soddisfare le mie richieste, quindi il cliente, anche se queste, magari, esulavano dai loro compiti. In my case the staff was very friendly, polite, polite and prepared to answer all questions about the property.
