★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appuntamento per acquisto immobile in via Castrofilippo. Causa imprevisto traffico, parcheggio in ztl con acquisto di pass, ritardo circa 10 minuti. Arrivo sotto l'immobile e non trovo nessuno, mi guardo intorno entro dentro il portone che era aperto e provo a farmi sentire e provo anche a citofonare ai vicini in quanto non conoscevo il citofono dell'immobile. A quel punto non sapendo cosa fare e non vedendo nessuno, chiamo la sede dell'agenzia che mi dice che l'agente immobiliare era andata via! Subito dopo incontro l'agente la quale mi dice che la loro prassi è così, cioè che hanno un appuntamento ogni 30 minuti e che la colpa era mia (10 minuti di ritardo) e che quindi non avrei potuto visionare l'immobile. Premetto che un ritardo di 10 minuti a mio avviso è più che tollerabile essendomi anche giustificata e chi conosce la zona sa di cosa parlo, inoltre non mi era stato detto che la politica aziendale era quella, non mi hanno contattata per dirmi che andavano via e ne mi hanno lasciato un recapito telefonico per poter comunicare direttamente con l'agente e ne mi hanno chiesto se avrei voluto visionare l'immobile in un altro momento. Concludo che mi avevano avvisata della poca professionalità da parte di questa agenzia ma non credevo fino a questo punto.

I arrive under the building and I can't find anyone, I look around inside the door that was open and I try to make myself heard and I also try to intercom the neighbors because I didn't know the house intercom. At that point, not knowing what to do and not seeing anyone, I call the office of the agency which tells me that the real estate agent was gone! Immediately after meeting the agent who tells me that their practice is like that, that they have an appointment every 30 minutes and that it was my fault (10 minutes late) and therefore I could not have seen the property. I state that a delay of 10 minutes in my opinion is more than tolerable since I am also justified and those who know the area know what I am talking about, also I was not told that the company policy was that, they did not contact me to tell me that they went away and they left me a telephone number to be able to communicate directly with the agent and asked me if I would have liked to view the property at another time. I conclude that they had warned me of the lack of professionalism on the part of this agency but I did not believe up to this point.

La mia esperienza con tutto lo staff e in
particolare con Mara, è stata molto positiva e istruttiva.
Ho avuto modo di conoscere
sufficientemente bene, come lavorano nella sede di Via Maqueda per poter fare un confronto con altre agenzie immobiliari.
È notevole la differenza con le altre agenzie, e in un campo minato come quello immobiliare, dove gli imbrogli sono dietro l’angolo, come purtroppo riporta la cronaca, è importante scegliere con attenzione. Concedere “fiducia “ è una azione molto importante e delicata, perché le conseguenze di cedere la nostra “fiducia” alle persone sbagliate, può avere esiti inaspettati e, molto sgradevoli.
